Job description

• We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory handling, shipping and receiving, and general warehouse support. This is a hands-on role that requires physical activity throughout the shift and a willingness to learn warehouse processes and procedures.
• The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare orders accurately for shipment
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
• Put away inventory in designated storage locations
• Assist with inventory organization and material movement
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping and maintain a safe workspace
• Read and follow work orders to ensure order accuracy
• Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, secure, and efficient

Requirements

• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and understand work orders
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, twist, pull, and stand throughout an 8-hour shift
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Stable and consistent work history (warehouse experience not required)
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn warehouse operations and processes
• Previous warehouse experience, including shipping, receiving, delivery, inventory, or material handling
• Retail, hardware, or home improvement experience (such as home improvement or building supply environments)
• Customer service experience
• Forklift experience, particularly sit-down propane forklifts
• Experience working through staffing or temporary agencies
