Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet account analysis
• Assist with budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and internal accounting policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
