Job description

• We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across the organization. This position will work closely with hospital leadership, physicians, practice leaders, vendors, and internal marketing partners to develop and coordinate integrated marketing, digital, advertising, community outreach, events, and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with organizational and service-line priorities.
• Serve as a primary marketing contact for assigned physicians and practices.
• Coordinate advertising, digital, website, email, content, collateral, events, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives.
• Ensure consistent application of Springhill Medical Center’s brand across marketing materials and communications.
• Coordinate projects with Social Media and Graphic Design team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Support physician promotion, community events, public relations, and external communications.
• Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, and marketing metrics and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Manage assigned budgets, vendors, projects, and marketing resources.
• Provide day-to-day direction and support to assigned marketing staff and interns.

Requirements

• We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible marketing, communications, public relations, physician relations, or related experience.
• Leadership, supervisory, or project management experience preferred.
• Healthcare or hospital marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, relationship management, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, website/content management systems, email marketing platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
