Job description
- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst II with strong expertise in business analysis, user experience design, and enterprise application modernization. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Learning Management Systems (LMS), legacy system integrations, and the automotive sales/dealer ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Business Analysis
- • Lead business requirement gathering and analysis.
- • Conduct stakeholder workshops and interviews.
- • Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- • Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.
- • Create business process flows, activity diagrams, and use cases.
- • Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- • Support project estimation and resource planning.
- • Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- • Support QA teams with test strategy, test plans, and test case development.
- User Experience (UX)
- • Design and improve user-centric experiences using Human-Centered Design principles.
- • Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and interactive designs.
- • Create high-fidelity UI designs and interface specifications.
- • Present UX concepts to business stakeholders and leadership.
- • Work closely with Product Managers to improve customer experience.
- • Contribute to UX research and design best practices.
Requirements
- • 7+ years of Business/System Analysis experience.
- • 4+ years of User Experience (UX) documentation and design experience.
- • Experience with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- • Experience integrating legacy systems with COTS applications.
- • Experience in Automotive Sales & Dealer systems.
- • Experience enhancing User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX).
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
