- We are actively hiring multiple experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team. Responsibilities
- • Servicing existing insurance clients with professionalism and urgency
- • Handling insurance policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and coverage requests
- • Managing a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining accuracy
- • Maintaining detailed and compliant client records
- • Working closely with the sales and service teams to retain and protect our clients
Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years prior customer service experience required
- • Must be willing to obtain a New York State insurance license
- • Strong communication and organizational skills
- • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, in-person office environment
- • Insurance experience preferred but not required
