- Title: Senior Data Architect / Migration Engineer
- Location: Remote
- Platform: P3 multi-tenant CRM
- Seeking a hands-on Data Architect / Migration Engineer to own data integrity and migration strategy for multi-tenant P3 CRM platform. This is a combination of data architecture, transactional data migration, ETL, and client-facing integration work.
- The person needs to be comfortable working directly with manufacturer IT/data teams to understand legacy environments and turn migration/integration requirements into an executable technical plan.
Responsibilities
- Own ID/key allocation strategy and prevent collisions across multi-tenant environments
- Design and review database migrations for production safety
- Identify and resolve data-identity drift across environments
- Design and execute one-off ETL/data migrations for new client onboarding
- Migrate transactional data from legacy environments into the P3 platform
- Work directly with manufacturer IT/data stakeholders on migration, extraction, CRM, and analytics integrations
- Partner with engineering on the shared data model between the configuration compiler and production database
- Support the evolving data environment, including Oracle, AWS, and Snowflake
Requirements
- Strong relational data modeling and production PostgreSQL or equivalent
- Hands-on EF Core or similar ORM migration experience
- Strong transactional ETL/data migration experience — not just steady-state data engineering
- Experience with ID/key allocation in distributed or multi-tenant systems
- Experience migrating data from legacy databases such as Oracle
- Strong client-facing skills — must be able to independently scope migrations/integrations with external IT and data teams
- Experience integrating with external CRM and analytics platforms
- Ability to own migration strategy through execution, validation, and production readiness
