• Hours: 12-hour shifts – 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Location: Saint John Hospital - Leavenworth, KS

From managing complex, acute illnesses to supporting post‑operative recovery, they provide hands‑on nursing care that truly impacts patient outcomes. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including hygiene support, mobility assistance, and comfort measures.
• Monitor vital signs, document observations, and report any changes in the patient's condition.
• Administer medications as prescribed and observe for reactions or side effects.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and assist with procedures within the state LPN scope of practice.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to support individualized care plans.
• Assist with discharge planning and provide patient/family education on treatments and recovery.
• Follow infection control practices and maintain accurate patient records.

Requirements

• Current and valid state license
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain a current
• IV certification upon hire (state-specific)
