- You'll directly lead Operations Directors, Managers, and Supervisors while ensuring our customers receive consistent, high-quality service and our teams have the leadership they deserve.
- Approximately 75% of your time will be spent in the field, working alongside our leaders and customers to turn strategy into measurable results.
- Building Great Leaders
- Coach, mentor, and develop Operations Directors, Managers, and Supervisors through regular one-on-ones and leadership meetings.
- Recruit, hire, and retain exceptional operational leaders.
- Build succession plans that strengthen Verde's future.
- Foster an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing leadership culture.
- Driving Operational Excellence
- Execute company-wide operational standards established by the Governance Team and COO.
- Ensure consistency across staffing, onboarding, quality inspections, training, route cards, and service delivery.
- Identify execution gaps and work directly with field leaders to solve them.
- Leading in the Field
- Conduct Leadership Visit Reports, Joint Inspections, and quarterly operational audits.
- Support major customer implementations, acquisitions, and operational transitions.
- Partner with Sales during RFP walkthroughs and operational planning.
- Serve as the executive operational leader during critical customer situations.

- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Verde's largest customers.
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Coach Operations Directors on customer engagement and long-term relationship management.
