Responsibilities
- The Analyst, Digital Analytics position is responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, recurring reports, scorecards, alerts, and ad hoc analyses supporting Customer Experience Analytics. The role partners with business and technology stakeholders to measure performance, monitor digital products, track KPIs and OKRs, identify opportunities to improve customer experience, analyze customer behavior, and deliver actionable insights. The position utilizes tools such as Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, Azure, ADX, Databricks, SQL, Power BI, and related analytics platforms to support data-driven decision making across the organization.
Requirements
- SQL,
