• As VP of Marketing at Current Clinic, you will build and lead the marketing function that brings our mission to life across every market we enter. You will own the full marketing strategy, from brand and digital presence to provider referral programs, ensuring that patients find us and that referring physicians trust us as the go-to destination for electrophysiology care. Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise marketing strategy, creating integrated go-to-market plans for each new clinic launch that combine digital acquisition, community presence, and provider outreach from day one.
• Lead our provider referral marketing program, developing and sustaining strong relationships with referring cardiologists, primary care physicians, and health systems to build a consistent, high-quality referral pipeline in every market.
• Oversee the full digital marketing stack, including website content management, SEO, paid media, email, social channels, and analytics, ensuring every channel is optimized for patient acquisition and brand credibility.
• Partner with the CEO and clinical leadership to define and evolve the brand narrative, keeping our story compelling, consistent, and aligned with the needs of both patients and the broader provider community.
• Establish clear marketing KPIs and a disciplined reporting cadence, giving leadership real-time visibility into campaign performance, referral trends, and return on marketing investment.
• Lead media relations, thought leadership placements, and community outreach efforts that elevate Current Clinic’s profile and credibility in each new market we enter.
• Manage the marketing budget with rigor and intentionality, allocating resources strategically across channels, campaigns, and geographies to maximize impact.
• Identify and onboard marketing contractors and agency partners as needed, scaling execution capacity to match the pace of clinic growth.
• Ensure all marketing programs adhere to healthcare compliance and privacy standards, protecting patient trust and brand integrity at every touchpoint.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience in healthcare, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth in a specialty care or high-growth clinical environment.
• Deep expertise in provider referral marketing, including physician liaison programs, health system relationship-building, and referral workflow optimization.
• Strong command of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, paid media, content strategy, website CMS, and marketing analytics platforms.
• Comfortable operating as a hands-on individual contributor while managing contractors and agency partners to extend your reach.
• Experience owning a marketing budget and making data-driven resource allocation decisions across multiple simultaneous campaigns and markets.
• A strategic thinker and natural storyteller who can translate complex clinical concepts into compelling, accessible messaging for both patients and providers.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with experience presenting to C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders.
• A builder’s mindset; you are energized by ambiguity, move quickly, and take full ownership of outcomes from strategy through execution.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support new market launches and provider outreach programs.
• Experience with the ambulatory surgery center (ASC) model of care.
• Familiarity with cardiology or electrophysiology, including EP lab workflows and how patients move through the care continuum.
• Experience launching marketing programs across multiple geographic markets simultaneously.
