Senior Project Manager - Onsite at Genesis10 in Franklin, WI

Job description

• Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Franklin, WI.
• Compensation: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications
• The Senior Project Manager will lead projects from planning through completion. This person will work with business partners to define project goals, timelines, responsibilities, and expected outcomes. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities, organize complex work, and build strong working relationships across teams, adjusting plans as business needs change to keep stakeholders aligned.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Coordinate work across business teams and project partners
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Lead project meetings and communicate status to stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation and action-item tracking
• Support decision-making and help resolve project roadblocks
• Ensure project work remains aligned with business goals and expected outcomes

Requirements

• 4+ years of previous release and/or project management experience
• Ability to understand business domain, interpret needs, and collaborate with business & Digital partners
