Responsibilities

• Analyze and propose system solutions for business and IT organizations.
• Act as a strategic partner and business and technical liaison.
• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications.
• Develop project scope and provide recommendations on alternative solutions.
• Lead and partner with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate IT processes to business clients and vendor partners.
• Analyze end-to-end complex business processes and information needs.
• Define and document business requirements for complex projects.
• Evaluate and document alternatives for effective solutions to business problems.
• Create and review design and technical specification documents.
• Comply with SOX and other standard process requirements.
• Prepare and review test plans and perform quality reviews of test results.
• Mentor Associate and Career-level team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of job-related experience with CC&B or similar Oracle platform.
• Utility industry experience.
• Experience as Project Manager, high complexity.
• Minimum 9 years of job-related experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis.
• CCBA-certification of Competency in Business Analysis certification.
• CBAP-Certified Business Analysis Professional certification.
• CC&B Specialist certification.
