Job description
- As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role on our care team. We are looking for someone who is not only a strong individual performer but also enjoys working collaboratively. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, detail-oriented, and eager to continuously learn and grow in their role.
Responsibilities
- Measure and document vital signs
- Obtain medication and medical history
- Administer injections and perform venipuncture
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation
- Assist with minor in-office procedures and exams
- Prepare and room patients
- Clean and stock exam rooms
Requirements
- Valid Nebraska Medication Aide License
- Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (AAMA or AMT)
