Responsibilities
- As a Sales Professional, you’ll create a refined and engaging customer experience while building long-term relationships and driving strong sales performance.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Use a consultative sales approach to match customers with the right vehicle
- Develop strong product knowledge across models, features, and technology
- Deliver professional and engaging vehicle presentations and demonstrations
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
- Confidently overcome objections and guide customers through the sales process
- Collaborate with Sales Management on goals, performance, and growth opportunities
- Maintain a professional, customer-first, and performance-driven mindset every day
Requirements
- Prior automotive sales experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and polished presentation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
