• Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming patients, visitors, staff, and vendors at a healthcare facility front desk while following site-specific procedures.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials as required, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate entry records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Assist with directing patients and visitors to appropriate departments, providing information, and communicating concerns to appropriate healthcare facility personnel.
• Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report suspicious behavior, unauthorized access attempts, hazards, and other security-related concerns to site leadership.

Requirements

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
