Responsibilities

• Accounting Assistant
• Full-Time, On-site
• Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
• A desirable opportunity exists for a highly detail-oriented individual to perform accounting functions which may include processing Accounts Payable, data entry, bank deposits and maintaining accurate records and files.

Requirements

• Qualified applicants are required to possess a minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience along with a high school degree or GED equivalent.
• Also a high level of detail and accuracy is required.
• Ability to perform 10-key by touch.
• Must have knowledge of computerized accounting systems; JD Edwards preferred and proficient knowledge of Excel.
• This position requires the ability to multitask and work independently along with a customer service focus to interact with residents and staff.
