Responsibilities
- - Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements for autonomous AI agents
- - Define workflows where LLMs + tools can reduce manual effort or boost insight
- - Map out user journeys, business rules, and dependencies across airline ops/customer service/scheduling
- - Collaborate with product, data, and tech teams to build measurable POCs
- - Conduct stakeholder demos, gather feedback, and iterate
Requirements
- - Strong analytical and documentation skills
- - Experience with AI/ML product lifecycles
- - Working knowledge of LLMs, prompt tuning, and agent tool use
- - Confident presenting to both technical and non-technical teams
