Responsibilities
- • Responsible for development of new Journeys, automations, queries on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to support various lines of business
- • Responsible for administration and support of applications build on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- • Responsible for day-to-day operation support of email functionality, including:
- • configuration and environments support for various lines of business
- • integration management / alerts monitoring
- • email stats reporting for the business
- • web certificate renewals
- • email archiving
- • user role configuration
- • risk management.
Requirements
- • Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist Certification / experience with Marketing Cloud.
- • Experience in database administration / excellent SQL.
- • Excellent communications skills to be able to coordinate activities of multiple teams.
- • JavaScript / HTML Experience in REST/SOAP web services
- • Experience in using SOAPUI, Postman.
- • Knowledge of SOA design principles and best practices.
