• This role sits within the US Equity Execution team in New York, a group that supports end-clients who want to trade equities and equity-linked products. The team sits on a trading floor and is part of the Capital Markets franchise. The successful candidate will be exposed to the bank's Capital Markets environment, with opportunities to further enhance their career. The manager describes their team as a fun group.

Responsibilities

• Booking travel in the system for up to 25 employees
• Logging expenses
• Event coordination
• Calendar management (booking meetings, etc.)
• Responsible for managing availability for meeting rooms
• Organizing bills
• Editing marketing slideshows

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with MS Products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Previous experience managing calendar for stakeholders (Outlook)
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Self-sufficient
• Diligent and attention to detail
• Strong organizing skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to multitask
• University degree in business or other related fields required
• 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant
• 1 year of experience with expense tracking
• Experience using AI tools
• Financial institution (FI) experience
• Creating PowerPoint decks
• Experience with Concur
