We are actively seeking experienced lateral attorneys with a portable transactional practice to join our Durham office and help shape the next chapter of our firm’s legacy.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in North Carolina
- Proven ability to develop and retain clients
- Portable book of business (or track record of originating business) of $200,000 or more annually
- A collaborative, growth-minded approach to practice development
