- Senior Program Manager with deep experience running enterprise-scale transformation programs, specifically legacy-to-modern and mainframe modernization initiatives. This is a delivery-heavy role, not PMO reporting only.

- Running enterprise-scale transformation programs, specifically legacy-to-modern and mainframe modernization initiatives
- Delivery-heavy role, not PMO reporting only
Requirements
- - 10+ years leading large enterprise technology programs
- - Direct ownership of legacy-to-modern or mainframe modernization initiatives
- - Hands-on exposure to mainframe environments; COBOL migration is a strong plus
- - Experience operating in ambiguity (requirements not locked upfront)
- - Proven executive communication and facilitation skills
- - Led or supported programs in the $100M+ range or equivalent scale
- - Prior experience in regulated or highly complex enterprise environments
- - Multi-vendor or SI-led program experience
- - Strong financial governance and dependency management skills
