- Red Nucleus is hiring Analysts on our Commercial Advisory team starting in Summer 2027!
- Analyst, Commercial Advisory
- Launch your consulting career with Red Nucleus's Commercial Advisory team, supporting Senior Consultants on projects including commercialization, new product planning, product launch, and marketing/sales initiatives for life sciences clients. This entry-level role (with Senior Analyst-level placement available based on experience) offers hands-on training alongside experienced consultants, real client exposure, and a clear path to build foundational consulting skills and healthcare industry expertise.
- This hybrid role is available in Boston, Yardley PA or San Francisco
Responsibilities
- Support project capabilities and proposal development by working with the project team to provide relevant secondary and primary research; identify gaps in information
- Bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically scope problem solving approach, and manage execution and effectively delegate
- Manage up and down to secure timely and appropriate input
- Structure and review deliverables
- Ensure excellent internal team communication
- Directly apply senior feedback in creation of materials and deliverables
- Capture key takeaways from client and internal discussions, external stakeholder discussions
- Conduct primary research interviews and extract insights for team discussion strategic recommendations
- Prepare project deliverables for senior review in timely manner and in accordance with highest quality standards
Requirements
- What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, health economics, business, economics, or related discipline
- 0-2 years of experience in management/strategy consulting, life sciences strategy, or related field (relevant commercial or healthcare consulting experience may support Senior Analyst-level consideration)
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare, life sciences, or business strategy
- Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings clearly
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Comfort working in a global, cross-cultural environment
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field required.
- Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in management consulting, life sciences strategy roles, or a relevant field
