- Northwestern Medicine is expanding its Palliative Care program across health network locations throughout the Chicago suburbs. We are seeking compassionate, innovative physicians to be part of this ambitious initiative to expand what is already the premier Palliative Medicine program in Chicagoland.
Responsibilities
- A mix of inpatient and outpatient care
- Symptom management
- Develop and facilitate goals of care in the inpatient and outpatient setting
- Participate in process improvement and program development
Requirements
- Fellowship trained in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
- BE/BC in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
