- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of custom software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise content management, document processing, and cloud migration initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom software components and service-based architectures
- Drive solution architecture and technical design decisions across distributed systems and microservices
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, security teams, and business stakeholders
- Analyze complex technical and business challenges to develop scalable solutions
- Take accountability for delivery outcomes and contribute to critical technical and business decisions
Requirements
- 8 years of experience with Java/Spring Boot, REST/Open APIs, Microservices, Kafka, and event-driven document & transaction processing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology, or a related field
- Expertise in designing and developing integrations using Java/Spring Boot, REST/Open APIs, and Kafka
- Experience with AWS-based document workflows and integrations using AWS Lambda, AWS Batch, and Amazon S3
- Prior work experience in the client's industry
- Experience with ECM modernization and cloud migration initiatives
- Familiarity with CI/CD, deployment automation, container platforms, Infrastructure as Code, and job orchestration tools like GitHub Actions, Harness, ArgoCD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and BMC Control-M
- Strong understanding of development standards, code quality, automated testing, security, observability, and operational reliability practices
