Responsibilities
- Payroll & Commissions: Process audits and authorize payments for payroll, ensuring accuracy in commission and bonus calculations.
- Promotions Administration: Create monthly promotion templates for the sales team and confirm authorized discounts.
- Reconciliation: Ensure compensation plans and monthly promotions in company CRM applications match approvals from Sales Management.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and evaluate payroll and commission information as necessary.
- Payroll Collaboration: Partner with payroll administrators to verify accurate payment details for the sales team.
- Special Calculations: Calculate commissions accurately when 2nd-tier financing participation is required.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain and grow relationships with payroll, accounting, and other internal teams.
- Audit & Support: Audit outstanding commissions for potential missed payments and provide additional training or support to Sales team as needed.
- Other Duties: Complete additional tasks or special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant accounting or sales operations experience preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: General proficiency in technology, web-based platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Accuracy: High degree of accuracy in data management, auditing and reporting.
- Organization and Time Management: Strong ability to main workflow efficiency and keep tasks on track.
- CRM Knowledge: Ability to update and manage CRM tools with audits and payroll data.
- Problem Solving: Positive attitude and ability to creatively resolve issues as they arise.
