Clerical Support Specialist - Onsite at Genesis10 in Akron, OH

Job description

• Genesis10 is currently seeking a Clerical Support Specialist - Onsite position with a Major Utility Company located in Akron, OH. This is a 24 month contract opportunity.
• Compensation: $21.00 per hour, W2
• This role involves preparing hard-copy and electronic files for scanning and direct entry into a Filenet system. The ideal candidate will provide general clerical support, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy. Training will be provided by the corporate records team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hard-copy files for scanning into Filenet
• Download electronic files from shared folders to enter directly into Filenet
• Provide clerical support by typing and proofreading a variety of documents
• Sort and file documents and records

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• SASS testing will be required for this role
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
