Responsibilities

• Overseeing medium/large scale IT projects and solutions, comprising sub-projects and distinct deliverables on a rolling deliverable basis.
• Developing and stewarding related IT Project Management artifacts.
• Managing IT projects (as well as formal SDLC and business analysis methodologies) for custom 3-tier web applications, as well as proprietary or customized out-of-the-box systems.
• Presenting and communicating with executive level management.

Requirements

• Required Skills
• A minimum of 4 years of experience with the following skill sets:
• Lead IT Project Manager, in overseeing medium/large scale IT projects and solutions, comprising sub-projects and distinct deliverables on a rolling deliverable basis; responsible for developing and stewarding related IT Project Management artifacts.
• Managing IT projects (as well as formal SDLC and business analysis methodologies) for custom 3-tier web applications, as well as proprietary or customized out-of-the-box systems. Experience managing ACCIS projects is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of government IT systems, particularly legacy systems. Experience and knowledge of ACCIS highly preferred.
• Presenting and communicating with executive level management.
• Managing all aspects of a project, including providing overall guidance and direction, overseeing financial management, and seeing tasks through to completion with minimal guidance.
• Proficiency in reviewing project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with technical and non-technical resources.
• Ability to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in strategic planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of server and application architectures.
