Job description
- Motorola Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Global Business Operations Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in MSI’s Global Sales Operations organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and documenting business processes suitable for AI-driven automation
- Conduct research on AI tools, platforms, and industry best practices for automation development
- Test AI models for automation prior to release to production
- Prepare documentation and presentations on automation projects for stakeholders
- Participate in cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI automation solutions
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with AI and utilizing it for process automation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Google Work Suite
- High School Diploma is required
- Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of December 2027 or later
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
