Shared Services Analyst at IMA Financial Group, Inc. in Pasadena, CA

Responsibilities

• Client data entry in agency management system
• Indio renewal process
• Upload Insured’s Policies into EPIC and Passport
• Update proposal drafts where assistance is needed by CM
• Special projects, word Processing and excel as instructed
• Online rating
• Establish knowledge of all structure and workflow as needed across department
• Support and assist in training on technical platforms used in P&C including EPIC, Indio and any new platforms acquired
• Support with outsourced workflow (Patra and ReSource Pro) and IMA Shared Services
• Support in creating template documents for Epic and other document and form creation including training documents
• Process and deliver electronic mail across department from various carriers

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a professional office environment
• Ability to conduct yourself in a professional, collaborative, and respectful manner within a team environment
• Demonstrate excellent time management and organization skills
• Service oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, and ability to work with an efficient pace
• Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to gain insurance knowledge
• Must be able to work onsite Pasadena, CA office 4 days per week
