Responsibilities

• As the Senior Instructional Designer / Instructional Designer, Learning & Development you will:
• Partner with the business to identify clear learning outcomes for training
• Design the optimal training experience to ensure the solution maximizes learning and business needs
• Evaluate the learning objectives to determine the most effective, efficient and engaging modality for delivery
• Determine the structural components for each modality to organize and reinforce learning topics
• Lead and oversee the construction of training modalities to ensure the intended learning experience is achieved
• Oversee the development of detailed components to ensure that the intended learning experience is achieved

Requirements

• The Senior Instructional Designer / Instructional Designer, Learning & Development, has:
• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in learning design
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

• The range for roles at this level is $50,000–$150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
