• Vein360 is looking for Production Associates to join our team and play a hands-on role in restoring used medical devices to like-new condition. Our mission is to help reduce costs and reduce waste related to healthcare, safely and compliantly.

Responsibilities

• As a Production Associate, you'll work closely with your Production Supervisor to bring precision and care to every step of our reprocessing operations. You'll:
• Follow detailed work instructions to safely and efficiently manufacture medical devices
• Help execute our quality system by carefully completing required documentation and forms
• Keep safety front and center — from PPE to bloodborne pathogen and hazard protocols
• Speak up when you spot a better way to do things — we want your ideas
• Support our broader quality and compliance goals, including FDA requirements

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a controlled manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills and comfort working as part of a team
• A safety-first mindset and sharp attention to detail
• Self-motivation — you take ownership of your work instructions and see them through
• Familiarity with basic FDA production and process control requirements, including good documentation practices
