Job description
- Job Title: Project Manager
- Location: Dublin, CA, USA
- Salary Range: $70/hr - $74.19/hr
- This role involves managing complex, cross-functional projects in a regulated technical, laboratory, pharmaceutical, medical device, manufacturing, or life sciences environment. The candidate will be responsible for driving execution, delivery predictability, vendor accountability, and continuous improvement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Own sprint execution, delivery flow, and release readiness.
- Drive backlog grooming, estimation, prioritization, and Definition of Ready compliance.
- Establish and maintain delivery metrics, including velocity, throughput, capacity, and committed-versus-delivered performance.
- Lead execution across Client and vendor teams, ensuring commitments are met and risks are addressed early.
- Drive accountability with vendors and external partners through clear metrics, issue management, quality oversight, and escalation processes.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience managing complex projects in a regulated environment.
- Experience developing integrated schedules and managing project governance, meetings, action tracking, status reporting, and risks/issues.
- Strong communication, organization, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify critical paths and drive mitigation, acceleration, and recovery actions.
- Ability to work effectively with technical, quality, facilities/engineering, laboratory, procurement, IT, vendor, and senior stakeholder groups.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience with laboratory construction, renovation, commissioning, qualification, validation, or operational readiness.
- Experience in GLP, GMP, or a similarly regulated environment.
