• Day shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
• No diploma required
• Be part of a clean, organized, and well-run warehouse
• Hands-on role with consistent hours and solid training
• Located in Northborough, MA
• We're hiring a Data Entry Associate to support daily warehouse inventory operations. In this role, you'll use basic tech tools to help manage inventory flow and maintain accurate shipping records. You'll also prep and wrap pallets, handle materials, and ensure a clean, efficient workspace.

Responsibilities

• Enter inventory and shipment data into the system
• Review shipping paperwork for accuracy
• Operate scanners, tablets, and pallet jacks
• Wrap and strap pallets for shipping
• Perform inventory spot checks
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Follow company and safety procedures

Requirements

• Warehouse or inventory experience preferred
• Comfortable using a scanner, tablet, or basic computer
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail
• Organized and reliable
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
