• HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned Founding Content Marketing Lead to join one of our valued client partners. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a strategic marketing leader who enjoys building high-impact content programs from the ground up while remaining actively involved in execution.
• The successful candidate will define the organization's content vision, establish brand positioning, and develop compelling campaigns that educate, engage, and influence B2B decision-makers. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership, product marketing, and events teams to create scalable content initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the company's overall content marketing strategy across digital and social channels.
• Build compelling messaging frameworks that clearly communicate product value to B2B audiences.
• Plan, develop, and execute integrated content campaigns including blogs, webinars, customer success stories, videos, social media, and thought leadership.
• Interview customers, industry professionals, and internal subject matter experts to create authentic, engaging content.
• Build and manage a strategic editorial calendar while prioritizing initiatives based on business objectives and performance data.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Events teams to maintain consistent messaging across campaigns.
• Evaluate campaign performance and optimize future content using engagement metrics and market insights.
• Experiment with emerging content formats including short-form video, webinar series, and social-first campaigns.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior content team members while maintaining ownership of strategic direction.
• Ensure all content reflects brand standards, supports revenue objectives, and strengthens market credibility.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Editorial Strategy, Brand Storytelling, or Content Strategy.
• Proven success developing and executing content strategy from concept through execution.
• Experience working within startup, high-growth, or rapidly scaling technology organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple content formats including blogs, webinars, customer stories, social media, and video.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to make data-driven marketing decisions.
• Excellent written communication, storytelling, editing, and presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating across marketing, product, and executive leadership teams.
• High level of ownership with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments.
• Must currently reside within commuting distance of San Francisco, California.

Benefits

• Compensation: $120,000–$160,000 annual base salary
• Performance Bonus: 10% annual bonus (OTE: $132,000–$176,000)
