Responsibilities

• Litigation Management: Handle cases from inception through to resolution, be it through settlement or trial.
• Client Interaction: Provide empathetic, concise, and expert advice to clients throughout their case.
• Legal Strategy: Develop, manage, and execute litigation strategies in coordination with internal teams and the client.
• Trial Preparation and Representation: Prepare and manage all facets of litigation and trial processes, advocating zealously on behalf of the client.
• Communication: Ensure all stakeholders, including clients and internal team members, are kept abreast of case developments.

Requirements

• Good Standing with the Florida Bar.
• No Defense Attorneys: This position is strictly for those with experience representing plaintiffs.
• Personal Injury Experience: Proficiency in personal injury law and a background in representing plaintiffs is crucial.
• Technical Skills: Mid-level proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with FileVine is advantageous, though not compulsory as training will be provided.
• Customer Service: A strong customer service focus and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Organizational Skills: Robust organizational capabilities and the adeptness to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.
• 5-10 years of experience on the plaintiff's side, with significant plaintiffs trial experience.
