• Remote/Hybrid work model - A golden opportunity for an Associate Attorneys to join an esteemed law firm in Miami! They specialize in Plaintiff Personal Injury and Civil Litigation cases, and are currently on the hunt for a dedicated professional ready to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation cases, including plaintiff personal injury matters
• Conduct legal research, writing, and oral arguments
• Manage legal procedures and documentation

Requirements

• The position requires a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 2-7 years of experience in litigation. We would like to see that you graduated with honors from either college or law school. And we are looking for someone with excellent research, writing, and oral argument skills.

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active and in good standing with The Florida State Bar
• Demonstrated experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury and/or Civil Litigation
• A robust understanding of legal procedures and documentation
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
