- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, community, content, partner, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and coordinate campaign briefs, email copy, web copy, promotional messaging, creative requests, and supporting assets in collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain campaign calendars, project plans, deadlines, approvals, and asset requirements across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Conduct quality assurance on marketing communications, links, audience selections, registration information, and campaign assets before deployment.
- Event & Membership Marketing Support
- Support integrated marketing campaigns for PCMA’s marquee events, including campaign execution, audience communications, promotional assets, and registration-driving initiatives.
- Support membership acquisition campaigns that convert qualified prospects into PCMA members, including lead-nurture communications, benefit messaging, promotional campaigns, and event-to-membership conversion opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to cross-promote membership, community programs, Foundation initiatives, Field Events, BEIW, and marquee events across relevant audience touchpoints.
- Support on-site marketing and member engagement activities at assigned PCMA events as needed.

- Help develop communication journeys for members, prospects, event participants, donors, and community audiences across the lifecycle.
- Use audience data and engagement insights to support segmentation, personalization, testing, and campaign optimization.
- Coordinate with Community and Membership teams to ensure marketing communications reinforce the value of ongoing PCMA participation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the day-to-day marketing contact for assigned programs while partnering closely with the Global Community and Events Marketing Manager on strategy, priorities, and campaign direction.
- Collaborate with Digital Experience and MarTech teams on landing pages, forms, email deployment, audience data, tracking, and digital journeys.
- Partner with Content and Social Media teams to extend program stories and promotional messages across PCMA channels.
- Coordinate with Business Development to support sponsor and partner visibility associated with Foundation, BEIW, Field Events, and other assigned initiatives.
- Build productive working relationships across Membership, Community, Events, Foundation, Institute, Regions, and other PCMA teams.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance, email engagement, registrations, conversions, and other relevant KPIs for assigned initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing Intelligence to access reporting and translate performance data into actionable campaign improvements.
- Conduct post-campaign and post-event reviews to capture learnings, identify best practices, and improve future execution.
- Support testing and optimization of subject lines, messaging, calls to action, audience segments, creative, and channel mix.

- Represent PCMA professionally with members, customers, partners, sponsors, donors, and industry stakeholders.
- Participate in organizational initiatives and cross-functional projects that support PCMA’s strategic priorities.
- Travel to assigned events as needed to support marketing execution and on-site promotional activities.
