• Looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team.
• This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in being organized, following through, solving problems, and taking care of customers. Our customers depend on us to help keep their equipment running, so accuracy and reliability matter just as much as making the sale.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, emails, and parts inquiries
• Prepare quotes and follow up on open opportunities
• Help customers identify the correct parts for their equipment
• Build relationships with existing customers and develop repeat business
• Keep quotes, orders, customer information, and follow-ups organized
• Coordinate with outside sales and vendors to solve customer problems
• Follow an opportunity from the initial request through the sale
• Learn our products and become someone customers can rely on for answers

Requirements

• You don’t need to be the loudest person in the room to be successful here.
• We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, personable, and consistent. You should enjoy talking with customers, but you should also be the kind of person who remembers to send the quote, makes the follow-up call, catches a wrong part number, and doesn’t consider something finished until the customer is taken care of.
• The right person will be comfortable working independently while also being part of a small, fast-moving sales team.
