- As Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership and success of UOW's Brand & Marketing Division. Acting as a trusted partner, you'll manage competing priorities, coordinate high-level activities, and ensure the Chief Marketing Officer is supported to focus on strategic objectives. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role that offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders across the University.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to enable success
- Manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Coordinate executive activities, meetings and events
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across the University
- Deliver high-quality communications and administrative support
- Contribute to the smooth running of the Brand & Marketing Division

- Proven experience providing exceptional support to senior executives
