Job description

• ABC Imaging is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate print installation projects for high-end retail and corporate clients. This role is responsible for managing projects from initial planning through final installation, ensuring on-time delivery, quality execution, and strong client satisfaction.
• The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience combined with technical knowledge of installation workflows, site logistics, and visual communications production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-format print installation projects at client sites worldwide
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate installation schedules, workforce deployment, and logistics planning to ensure timely execution
• Oversee site surveys, installation readiness, and field execution planning
• Manage and track project budgets, cost controls, and profitability targets
• Ensure all installations meet safety standards, quality expectations, and client requirements
• Proactively communicate project status, risks, and resolutions to all stakeholders
• Document project milestones, issues, and lessons learned for continuous improvement
• Support troubleshooting of on-site installation challenges and real-time problem-solving

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Installation Project Manager (preferred in large-format printing, signage, or visual communications industries)
• Strong understanding of installation workflows, site logistics, and safety protocols
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot on-site issues and adapt project plans as needed
• Knowledge of print production, signage, or media installation processes (a plus, not required)
