• Pay: $24–$26+/hour (Profit Share + Tips + $15.50/hr base )

Responsibilities

• Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
• Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
• Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
• Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75+ lbs
• Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance

Requirements

• No prior junk removal experience required - we train you. Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
• DOT Medical Certification
• A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
• We’ll set it up and cover the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.
