Job description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Car Wrap Designer to lead our clients team and drive their creative vision forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle wrap design(s), graphic design, marketing, and advertising, and will be able to inspire and motivate our client's team to produce exceptional work.

Responsibilities

• - Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• - Lead and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals
• - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their objectives
• - Oversee the creation of high-quality, innovative, and effective marketing materials, including print and digital campaigns, website designs, social media content, and more
• - Ensure that all creative work is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the highest standards of quality
• - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our work
• - Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and improve their skills
• - Work closely with other departments, such as account management and sales, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to projects
• - Participate in new business pitches and presentations, showcasing our creative capabilities and expertise
• Car Wrap Design Concepts: creating initial design concepts to showcase vehicle wraps
• Wrap Design Transition: transitioning approved designs to different vehicle models using templates
• Cropping/Paneling/Output: preparing wrap designs for print with corresponding guides and filers
• Flyer Design: designing flyers for national accounts
• Conference Display Banners: creating banners for conferences
• Logo Design: designing logos for startups or brand refreshes
• Professional Communication Skills: communicating with internal teams and customers via email

Requirements

• - Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or a related field
• - 5+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
• - Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful creative campaigns and projects
• - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• - Experience working with clients and understanding their needs and preferences
• - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• - Knowledge of current design and marketing trends and best practices
• - Strong business acumen and understanding of the creative process
• - Passion for creativity and a strong eye for design
• Marketing skills for email and social media campaigns
• Video creation skills for marketing and website content
• Web design skills for website enhancements or new websites
