• Brookside Properties is growing! We’re excited to welcome a Property Manager to the team at The Pines at Willowbrook, a tax credit community in Hinesville, GA.
• This is a great opportunity for an experienced affordable housing professional who understands LIHTC compliance, enjoys building strong teams, and wants to be part of a growing community from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations at a LIHTC/tax credit community
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and requirements
• Oversee leasing, resident relations, and property operations
• Lead and support the property team
• Manage occupancy goals, budgets, and financial performance
• Maintain accurate records and reporting
• Help establish a strong culture and resident experience as the community grows

Requirements

• 2-5yrs+ of LIHTC/tax credit property management experience
• Strong knowledge of Georgia tax credit requirements
• Knowledge of Georgia affordable housing reporting requirements is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• High School diploma or GED
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Property management software and Microsoft Office experience
• A passion for affordable housing and serving residents with excellence
