• My client is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Proposal Manager to lead proposals, qualifications, presentations, and marketing initiatives for a growing AEC organization.
• This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the AEC pursuit process and can take an RFP/RFQ from initial strategy through final submission and interview preparation. You'll work closely with leadership, operations, technical teams, and business development to create compelling, client-focused materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP/RFQ responses, including strategy, writing, editing, design, layout, and production.
• Develop proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, resumes, project sheets, case studies, and marketing collateral.
• Lead strategy and preparation for client interview presentations.
• Work with technical teams to develop project stories and compelling pursuit content.
• Create brochures, award submissions, e-blasts, social media content, and other communications materials.
• Coordinate staff and project photography.
• Maintain marketing databases, project information, resumes, and proposal content.
• Ensure materials consistently follow brand standards.
• Support business development and industry/community involvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive Marketing or Communications experience, preferably within the AEC industry.
• Significant experience managing RFPs, RFQs, proposals, and qualifications packages.
• Strong writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and InCopy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or similar content management systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. An accredited degree may substitute for up to four years of experience.
