Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of mission-critical electrical construction projects.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
- Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Partner with Superintendents and field leadership to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor project financial performance and maintain profitability.
- Build strong relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Requirements
- 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
- Mission-critical, data center, or commercial construction experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
