• HireNow Staffing is recruiting Registered Nurses for eight Medical-Surgical opportunities in Fort Walton Beach. These positions are suited to nurses who bring careful assessment, organized patient care, and effective communication to a busy clinical environment.

• Day shifts with rotating weekends
• Three 12-hour shifts per week

• HireNow Staffing is seeking Registered Nurses prepared to support medical-surgical patient care and recovery. Candidates should confirm:
• At least one year of RN experience
• Active RN licensure with no disciplinary history
• A clear summary of clinical experience and patient populations served
• Availability for days and rotating weekends
• Eligibility under the six-month, same-division application restriction
• Preferred hourly rate and relevant years of experience

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and monitor changes in condition.
• Plan and deliver individualized medical-surgical nursing care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to hospital protocols.
• Prioritize care across multiple patient assignments.
• Communicate significant findings promptly to providers and the care team.
• Educate patients and families about medications, treatment, and recovery.
• Support discharge planning and coordinated care transitions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow patient-safety procedures.
• Specific patient populations, assignments, and unit expectations will be confirmed during the interview process.

Requirements

• At least one year of RN experience
• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license or an applicable multistate compact RN license authorizing practice in Florida
• No current or previous disciplinary action against any nursing license
• Availability for three 12-hour day shifts and rotating weekends
• Eligibility under the employer's application-history restriction
• All RN licenses must be verified through Nursys for current and previous disciplinary actions. Under the employer's submission criteria, candidates with any nursing-license disciplinary history cannot be submitted.
• Application-history restriction: Candidates must not have an active application in the hiring organization's same division within the previous six months. Eligibility will be reviewed before submission.
• Less than one year of RN experience
• An inactive, encumbered, or unverifiable RN license
• Any current or previous nursing-license disciplinary action
• Failure to meet the employer's application-history restriction
• Inability to meet the location or scheduling requirements
• Frequent, unexplained job changes; jumpy résumés are not accepted

Benefits

• Base Hourly Compensation
• Starting rate: $27.72 per hour
• Ten years of experience: $36.30 per hour
• Fifteen or more years: $39.60 per hour
• Final compensation will be determined by the employer's experience scale and assessment of qualifications.
