• HireNow Staffing is recruiting a Physical Therapy Manager who demonstrates the following:
• Holds an active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license or is eligible for Pennsylvania licensure.
• Possesses strong outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation experience.
• Demonstrates leadership potential or previous management experience within rehabilitation services.
• Excels at mentoring clinicians while maintaining exceptional patient outcomes.
• Communicates effectively with physicians, therapists, patients, and healthcare leadership.
• Demonstrates strong operational, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Resides within commuting distance of Narberth, Pennsylvania, or is prepared to relocate independently.
• Meets all required qualifications while demonstrating several preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of an outpatient physical therapy department while maintaining a clinical caseload.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and rehabilitation support staff.
• Promote exceptional patient outcomes through evidence-based treatment and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with orthopedic physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor departmental productivity, operational performance, scheduling, and patient satisfaction metrics.
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, payer requirements, and organizational clinical standards.
• Assist with strategic planning, workflow improvements, and department growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and operational reporting.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered culture built on teamwork, accountability, and clinical excellence.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain licensure before employment.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited Physical Therapy degree.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinical management experience preferred, or demonstrated readiness to lead.
• Strong clinical decision-making and evidence-based rehabilitation skills.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational, operational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to balance patient care responsibilities with leadership and operational oversight.
• Must currently reside within commuting distance of Narberth, Pennsylvania, or be prepared to relocate independently before employment.

• Board Certification or advanced orthopedic rehabilitation certifications.
• Stable employment history demonstrating increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Successful leadership of outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation teams.
• Experience improving clinic performance, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Strong manual therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation expertise.
• Experience working within physician-owned orthopedic organizations.
• Advanced certifications in orthopedic physical therapy or clinical leadership.
• Proven success mentoring therapists and developing high-performing clinical teams.
• Stable employment history demonstrating progressive leadership and professional growth.

• Compensation: $85,000–$126,000 annually
