• HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Business Operations professional to join one of our valued client partners in San Francisco, California. This opportunity is designed for a strategic operator who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys building operational infrastructure where processes do not yet exist. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role combines customer deployment ownership, operational strategy, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration to support the successful implementation of advanced AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own customer deployments from project kickoff through successful implementation and long-term optimization
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and customer success metrics
• Deploy AI solutions into customer environments and optimize performance using operational insights
• Design scalable operational processes supporting multi-site customer implementations
• Build workflows, documentation, and repeatable systems where standardized processes do not yet exist
• Partner directly with customer organizations to understand operational requirements and business objectives
• Communicate project status, risks, and implementation progress with executive stakeholders
• Identify operational improvements that increase deployment efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful delivery
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives while supporting rapid organizational growth

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience within a startup, consulting firm, investment bank, or similarly fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience managing complex operational initiatives or strategic projects
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in highly ambiguous environments with minimal established processes
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to independently prioritize and execute high-impact initiatives
• Strong academic background demonstrating rigorous analytical thinking
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco, California

• Experience supporting AI, SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software implementations
• High degree of initiative, adaptability, and executive-level professionalism
• Experience leading enterprise customer deployments
• Background in management consulting or high-growth startup operations
• Success designing operational frameworks from the ground up

Benefits

• Compensation: $140,000–$220,000 annually
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), equity (0.2%–0.6%), complimentary onsite lunch and dinner, professional development opportunities, and potential visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis
