Job description

• Abortion Care: At PPRM, we all work in abortion care. This role supports abortion care through direct clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up, ensuring timely and empathetic support to those navigating abortion services.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Data Operations team to achieve desired goals
• Enters gift records and donor records
• Processes all incoming donor mail, scans donor checks with accompanying documentation, and coordinates donor requests as needed
• Prints and mails donor acknowledgements
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• One year experience in an office environment, including use of computer, printer, copy machine, with reliability and great attention to detail
• Enthusiastic and dedicated team player
• Must be versed in Microsoft Office. Preferred experience in Raiser’s Edge
• Must be detail oriented and have strong organization and time management skills
• Must be able to work in-office regularly and work flexible hours.
• Available to work in a temporary capacity until the assignment concludes in January 2027.
