- Are you someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team as Customer Support Travel Advisors.
- In this role, you'll assist clients throughout various stages of their travel journey by providing support, answering questions, coordinating travel-related services, and helping ensure every detail is handled accurately. This is a flexible remote opportunity with training provided, making it a great fit for individuals from a variety of professional backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for clients seeking assistance with travel-related requests
- Help coordinate vacation arrangements including accommodations, cruises, transportation, activities, and other travel services
- Review travel options and supplier information to help clients make informed decisions
- Monitor reservation details and ensure information is recorded accurately
- Respond to inquiries and provide timely updates through phone, email, and online communication channels
- Assist with itinerary revisions, schedule adjustments, and travel support needs
- Maintain organized records and client information within company systems
- Stay informed about destination information, supplier updates, and special promotions
- Participate in virtual training programs and ongoing development opportunities
Requirements
